My name is Marty Montalvo. I am a Licensed Realtor, and I work for a team called Salt Luxury Group at Coldwell Banker Realty. I am strong minded person who will go to great lengths to help my customers.

As a Realtor, I've learned how important it is to know what a customer needs in order for me to do my job professionally and effectively. My main goal is too help customers with their Real Estate needs. Although my Real Estate history might not show all of my listings and purchases, I have always surrounded myself with successful teams that would write up any of my customers contracts, while I am helping other customers with their needs. I am very grateful and proud to have helped so many customers throughout my career. I have been in the Real Estate industry for almost 15 years. My career first started in the mortgage industry back in 2005. This is when I found my new passion, because I loved helping and working with people. 

In 2007 I was offered an opportunity to work for a successful Realtor, as an Assistant to help customers list and purchase homes, and for me, this opportunity was a game changer that later developed into my own Real Estate Career, which I'm so proud of today!

I'm a strong Realtor who is highly dedicated to my profession and even more dedicated to my customers. In this industry, sometimes customers feel like they are just another number. To me, I consider my customers like family. It's how I was brought up. I give thanks to a Mom who taught me as a child that we live on this Earth just once, and we were so lucky to live in the best country in the world. The least we can do, is love and respect each other with dignity so that our children can learn how to follow our footsteps. 

My whole life I've always wondered, "what is my purpose on earth"? Well now I have my answer. I live my life to the fullest and have compassion for each person I speak with. Careers can change at any time, but my personality will always be the same.

I work within the #1 brokerage in Florida "Coldwell Banker Realty" and I am a successful agent on a growing Real Estate team "Salt Luxury Group."

My main goal in my career is to make long lasting friendships and connections, help customers buy their dream home to make everlasting family memories, service my sellers to the absolute fullest capabilities, show people the benefit of doing business with someone who truly cares, and always remain the Realtor who goes over and above for my customers!
